(By Appointment)
A basic evaluation to determine the extent and nature of an individual's involvement with alcohol and / or substances, and possible need for treatment. Evaluations can be performed for: DUI / DWI Deferred Prosecution Diversion Programs Employer / EAP Medical Legal Charges Probation Monitoring Self Referral or Family Concern |

Outpatient Treatment
This program is designed for early problem drinkers diagnosed with substance abuse but not alcoholic or substant dependent. They are at risk of more serious problems if their drinking / using patterns do not change.
Individuals are required to maintain total abstinence from alcohol and other mind-altering substances, and submit to random drug screening. Monthly progress reports are submitted to persons as requested, detailing all dates of contacts for the month, absences, and any other significant events as deemed appropriate. |
Intensive Outpatient
(DUI Two Year / Deferred Prosecution)
This program is designed for individuals who are diagnosed with middle stage alcohol / substance use disorders. Clients are required to attend documented support group meetings twice weekly, maintain total abstinence from alcohol and other mind-altering sunstances, and submit to random drug screening. Monthly progress reports are submitted to persons as requested, detailing all dates of contacts for the month, absences, and any other significant events as deemed appropriate. |
Alcohol / Drug Information School
(One-day Course)
An educational program that focuses on providing participants help with making informed decisions about their use of alcohol and / or substances. A completion report is forwarded to the court, probation, or any other referral source as requested. |
Relapse Prevention
(Nine Month Program)
This program is intended for individuals in recovery who have suffered a relapse in active use of a substance. Clients are required to attend documented support group meetings twice weekly, maintain total abstinence from alcohol and other mind-altering chemicals, and submit to random drug screening. Monthly progress reports are submitted to persons as requested, detailing all dates of contacts for the month, absences, and any other significant events as deemed appropriate. |
